About MaaSang
“MaaSang”
The house was built in 1960 and reconstructed as the host’s residence, with separate B&B accommodation, in 2024.
The word Maasang is composed of the two Mandarin words “Maa” and “Sang”. Maa means “Horse” and Sang means “Mulberry Tree”, which represents the family name of the host. Together they stand for the river “Maas”, which is at 15 min from Maasbree.
Your Host
Your host graduated from the Hospitality Management School of Glion Switzerland, and Hong Kong. Ex-professional equestrian athlete herself, with participation in many international FEI competitions, she aspires to provide the best experience and service to all guests at Maasang retreat.
